Greg is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has been a practicing lawyer for more than 30 years. He was a lawyer and title agent at Brennan, Robins & Daley, P.C. before leaving to start Top Tier Settlement Co.
Karen S. Gerlach, Esquire
Karen is a graduate of Allegheny College and Duquesne University School of Law. She has practiced law in Allegheny County for more than 30 years.
Rebecca Lerman, Esquire
Rebecca recently passed the Pennsylvania Bar to become a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and The Pennsylvania State University. She also holds a Masters Degree from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
Melinda Balla
Melinda started with Brennan, Robins & Daley, and has more than 7 years experience in the title industry. In addition to her title experience, she has significant legal experience in all areas of law. She also is experienced in the lost art of short hand, a skill that allows her to efficiently handle her work. Melinda is also a notary public.
Kelsey Green
Kelsey joined Top Tier Settlement after moving to Pittsburgh from Idaho. In Idaho, she worked for a real estate brokerage company, and continues to work with real estate agents as an administrative assistant. Her unique background provides valuable insight to our title business.
